As we begin the season, it is imperative that you have a signed the COVID-19 waiver (click on the link) for your family prior to entering the club. This is our effort to keep everyone safe and ensure that we all do our best to keep everyone safe. Once you have signed the waiver, you can take it to the club on your first visit or you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have your document, we will place an alert on your account and you will not be asked to provide the document again. We hope that this will ease your concerns that everyone will do their best to adhere to the State of Michigan and CDC guidelines to keep our community safe while we are having fun!
