Cranbrook Swim Club will now be allowing members to rent the pavilion for Non-Club Hours! NON-CLUB HOURS ARE FROM MAY 1st – 27th and SEPTEMBER 6th – OCTOBER 1st. The Pavilion including grills, playground area and tennis courts may be rented for parties. The Tennis courts are included for Tennis/Pickle Ball only. For Policies and regulations for rentals are listed below.
1. A deposit of $250 is required to secure your date and will be applied towards the minimum 2 hour rental requirement. The date of your event MUST BE approved in writing by CSC before payment. NON-CLUB HOURS ARE FROM MAY 1ST – 27TH AND SEPTEMBER 6TH – OCTOBER 1ST.
2. Hourly Rate after TWO hours: $125 each additional hour up to 6 hours maximum. Hourly rate must be paid in full seven (7) days prior to event.
3. The Snack Shack kitchen can be rented for $25.00. Rental includes access to microwave, refrigerator, freezer and use of kitchen utensils.
4. NO USE OF POOLS, pool decks or other areas of the club are allowed.
5. All events shall conclude and guests shall exit the club no later than 10:00 pm.
