Pre – Season Monday through Thursday (beginning May 11th through June 11th)

• 13 and ups:  4:00-5:20 pm
• 11/12s:  5:20-6:15
• Jr. Dolphins:  5:45-6:15 pm (In trapezoid pool starting June 8th following try-outs)
• 8 and under:  6:15-6:45 pm
• 9/10s:  6:45-7:30 pm

Morning Practice Monday through Friday (beginning June 15th though July 24th)

• 13 and up: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 8 and under: 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM
• Jr. Dolphins: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• 9/10s: 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM
• 11/12s: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Family membership must be in good standing with the club for any athlete to swim on the team, and one adult of the family membership must be a parent or guardian of the athlete. Swimmers may not participate in practices until the online registration has been completed and paid for.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of practice.

No adults are allowed on the competition pool deck during practices. The coaches need to focus on your swimmer and likewise, the swimmers need to focus on the coaches. Please do not approach the coaches during practice. Coaches are happy to discuss your questions after practice.

Attendance at practice is STRONGLY encouraged, but attendance is not taken. Your swimmer will benefit from attending practice regularly.

Practice is cancelled if there is thunder, lightning or an issue with our pools. Coaches determine the cancellation of practices. Sometimes the Coaches will decide to do a team building exercise under the pavilion and wait out the storm. Communication regarding cancellations will be done thru Rallyhood.
