Guidelines

Parent volunteers are crucial to the success of our swim season! Each family is required to volunteer minimally FOUR (4) times during the 2026 season.  If you were to serve as a planner for one of our Special Events, that will count for THREE (3) volunteer positions. Please sign up as soon as possible. We appreciate all of your support!

In order to ensure that our volunteer slots are filled, families are required to choose how they would like to volunteer by June 15th, 2026. If you fail to do so, the swim chairs will assign positions for you. It is up to you to cover or swap out those shifts if they do not work for you. Families who fail to fulfill their volunteer opportunities will be charged:

• $75 for first missed volunteer position
• $150 for second missed volunteer position
• $250 for third missed volunteer position
• $350 for fourth missed volunteer position

Detailed description are listed in the CSC Parent Handbook on the CSC Website or the Chairperson listed. There will be additional needs for the team, but these represent the CRUCIAL positions to fill.
